Practically all rooms in the hotel are unique. We offer accommodation in rooms unique in design and furnishings, in which are bizarrely combined the modernist style and classicism, modern times and the secret of Peter the first, our guests will have the possibility to evaluate the ironic fantasies of the decorator and get acquainted to architectonic elements which are traditional in this part of Europe.

To serve our guests’ needs there are 18 rooms in four categories:

• DBL attic: 3 rooms
• DBL standard: 6 rooms
• DBL de LUXE: 5 rooms
• SUITE de LUXE: 4 rooms

Most of the rooms offer a beautiful view of the Mill colonnade and the river Tepla. Guests, who prefer privacy, may be accommodated in rooms, whose windows lead to a quite street of Karlovy Vary or a small yard. From a room placed in the tower of the MODERN building, the guests may enjoy the panoramic view of Karlovy Vary.

All rooms are equipped with a bathroom, a shower, a hairdryer, coloured television, telephone, mini bar and a safe. Some rooms include massage tubs, steam and infrared cabins, saunas.

House PETR

House PETR is fully reconstructed by designs dating back to 1706 and is a historical architectonic monument of Karlovy Vary. The house was the residence of Russian tsar Peter the Great. He reckoned this was the only place to enjoy the taste of selected meals and the freshest beer. The building is built in the centre of the spa area of Karlovy Vary opposite the Mill colonnade with its popular springs. One of the hotel rarities is that each room has its name according to a fictive story, which is frame right before room entrances.
